VOLUNTEERS
Kim Jones holds a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy. She uses a varietyof approaches to help her clients, depending on individual needs.  She uses a combination of cognitive behavioral interventions, internal family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational therapy, psychodynamic therapy and psycho-education extensively.  Her extensive knowledge of human services and community resources, including services related to crisis intervention. She believes that educating her clients about their condition is a critical and empowering part of the therapeutic process. Using humor and spirituality as techniques to help clients grow is her philosophy. Kim is a youth development coordinator, workforce specialist, trainer, facilitator and has numerous transferrable skills.
